Terms & Conditions

1. The attached puppy deposit totaling $500 dated 10/13/2024 is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NO
CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.

2. The customer acknowledges and agrees upon execution of this agreement, Petland Lee’s Summit will incur certain costs and expenses in order to reserve the puppy on its website (including, without limitation, lost fees for foregoing to release the puppy to other customers for sale for a period of no longer than 48 HOURS). As such, the customer agrees to a one-time non-refundable, nontransferable deposit to Petland Lee’s Summit in the amount of $500 (the “Deposit”) concurrently with the execution of this agreement. The customer and Petland Lee’s Summit acknowledge and agree The Deposit shall be nonrefundable: provided however, that(i)in the event there is no material breach by the customer under this Agreement during the 48 hours ,the Deposit shall be applied against the Customers final total at time of sale under this Agreement ,the Deposit shall be forfeited by the Customer at the time of such breach of this agreement by Customer shall in no way limit any other rights or remedies available to Petland Lee’s Summit ,at law or otherwise ,under this agreement. If a dispute arises out of or relates to this contract, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties agree first to try in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Procedures before resorting to arbitration, litigation, or some other dispute resolution procedure. Customer is responsible for ALL filing fees associated with the aforementioned resolutions. By signing below, it is understood that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of placing the deposit on the puppy as specified above.
