We’re talking about our beautiful Bichon Frise puppies for sale. You’ve definitely seen these little beauties because they command attention from the moment you set your eyes on them. The American Kennel Club has a standard description calling them “a white powder puff of a dog whose merry temperament is evidenced by his plumed tail carried jauntily over the back and his dark-eyed inquisitive expression.” That sounds about right to us! Continue reading to learn even more about Bichon Frise puppies for sale.
Okay, so there’s one thing we can say for sure about the Bichon Frise and it’s that they are easy to train when it comes to tricks and commands. Isn’t that exactly what you want to hear? They love to please and respond well to positive reinforcement and treats. Bichons like to bark, we have to be honest, so when training them keep this in mind. This behavior can be unlearned. Conversely, Bichons are difficult to house train. Crate training is recommended for them.
We talked about their bright white coats, but let’s go a bit further. Did you know that Bichons are hypoallergenic? This means people who suffer from dog allergies can take home any of our Bichon Frise puppies for sale. They shed very little and they have coats that are very similar to Poodles. As their hair grows, it gets curlier and curlier making them even more adorable, if that’s possible. To keep them looking beautiful, professional and regular grooming is necessary to maintain their powdery white coats.
They are known to be hyper and excitable but Bichon Frise puppies don’t really require a lot of exercise. Of course, for any dog physical activity is good for them, but they don’t need as much as say Boxers. One or two daily walks a day is perfect for them, along with some play time around the house. Speaking of around the house, if you have kids at home, you’ll find that Bichons get along well with them and other pets, as well. They can live in an apartment or large home, as long as they’re loved and treated well, they’ll be fine in any living environment.
